We had a pirated CD that contained random cartoons so it could be a random episode or a stand alone There was a cartoon where many random monster characters did random things and I don't even remember a spoken line or ...It aired in a very much B-Tier channel, alongside other lesser known (and cheaper to license) cartoons like the first season of Chaotic.
