I recently moved to Quebec (Canada) and I remembered a show that I used to watch when I was a kid middle 2000's where I kinda remember that it was in a Canadian (maybe even Quebec ?) High School ...[TOMT][TV show] Children's cartoon from the 2000s where one of the characters sings "muffin time, muffin-muffin-muffin-muffin muffin time!!" Solved I think the character who sings the song is seen as weird by the other characters. They sing this song frequently - i think it might be the theme song of a TV show they like, and they sing it when ...Open. Cartoon starts by two guys playing guitars on the street together. They play a tune, but one of them always messes up the last chord. So the other one gets angry and leaves. Then a music producer hears this first guy playing the weird chord and gets him to record the song, and he becomes a huge star, playing the weird note all over again..
